On page 249/DINA I, in the instruction for August 1936 for IBS we are told that a new cycle began at the Full Moon in May with the keyword of integration conditioning it for the next few years. IBS had, like SCP, 1^st Ray Soul, 6^th Ray personality and 6^th Ray Astral body and her lesson was also the achievement of liberation/impersonality from the “I” at the centre. It is interesting that her Sun was in Gemini, AS in Sagittarius and Moon in Leo and in the case of SCP the proposed AS is Gemini, Moon in Sagittarius and Venus, Mars and Saturn in Leo.

The problem with which you and R.S.U. [ II. III. 1,1, 7 ] have to deal and which you must eventually solve is, above everything else, the problem of decentralisation. There is in both of you an over-emphasis of the “ I “ at the centre of the stage. [ here we have an another disciple who was working at the same problem as SCP but from totally different angle of approach and effects as seen now from two different ray types and personalities.]

The progressed Moon has joined the transiting Neptune in the 5^th house ( decentralisation from the personal identity ) and conjunct the natal and progressed Saturn.

The emphasis upon the little self is, in your case, based upon three things:

A realised sense of divinity,[ Neptune ] of the beauty [ Venus ] of the life of the spirit, of truth [ Jupiter ] and of the power of your ray life.[ 1^st Ray Soul ] It is due to the fact that you have – in past lives - achieved a fair measure of soul control.

We are not able to establish precisely the placement of Vulcan ( the Soul Ray planet ) but we can say that it is in Virgo, in the 5^th house.
